Crystal Creek Environmental Solutions, Inc. (Crystal Creek) is an environmental engineering and construction firm with corporate headquarters located in Oklahoma City, OK and an office in Lawton, OK. Crystal Creek was founded in 1994 to meet the need for quality environmental consulting and engineering services necessary to comply with increasingly complex environmental regulations. Our projects are successful because we solicit and encourage early and continuous involvement of customers and regulatory personnel. We embrace our client’s objective and are eager to execute small, expressly focused assignments or embark upon large scale, multi-phase projects. Each project start-up is different depending on the complexity of the project, the physical location, the availability of labor and supplies, etc. We staff each project with experienced employees, and also support them with home office and group level staff. The support begins as soon as a contract award or Notice to Proceed is received.
Proper quality assurance changes any organization from a reactive, respond-to-problems-as-they-arise system to a pro-active, preventative system. To accomplish this mission, our quality assurance/quality control staff, in cooperation with the project manager and administrative support, monitors projects and performs evaluations to ensure (1) financial accountability, (2) adherence with work plan, scheduling, regulatory and statutory requirements, (3) data of acceptable quality, and (4) consistency in program operation. The reviews conducted are done to assist team members in the effective discharge of their responsibilities.
